Delivery Charges

We offer Cash on Delivery for most orders. Body House BD may request an advance shipping charge (e.g., via mobile wallet) for specific orders or remote locations.

Carriers & Timeframes

• Please keep your phone reachable; our team or the courier may call prior to delivery.
• Kindly receive the parcel from the courier when they arrive at your address.

On Delivery & Inspection

• Please inspect the package at the time of delivery while the courier is present.
• If there is any defect, wrong item, or missing product, inform us immediately at +8801332663322 (10:00–20:00) or email bodyhousebd@gmail.com so we can assist on the spot.
• Once the delivery agent leaves, arranging an immediate swap becomes challenging.

After Opening the Parcel

• If you discover an issue after opening, we will replace the item or process a refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
• For returns/replacements, the item must be returned to us first. If returned without a valid reason (e.g., change of mind), delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
