At Body House BD, we partner with trusted couriers to deliver your items quickly and securely. These delivery rules explain your responsibilities and our procedures during order fulfillment.

1. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery timeframe is 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Orders are processed daily from 10:00 to 20:00 except on government holidays.
  • Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or courier scheduling.

2. Delivery Charges

  • Inside Cox's Bazar: ৳70
  • Outside Cox's Bazar (Nationwide): ৳130
  • Cash on Delivery available. Advance payment may be requested for specific orders.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the phone number provided is reachable during delivery hours.
  • Receive the parcel in person or authorize someone on your behalf.
  • Provide accurate address details to avoid delays or failed delivery.

4. Inspection at Delivery

  • Inspect the product at the time of delivery in the presence of the courier.

  • Claims made after the courier leaves may take longer to resolve.

5. Delays & Limitations

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, courier network issues).
  • Large orders or remote locations may take additional time.
  • Some products may require advance payment before dispatch.
